Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 65% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 75%. No-call, no-show appointments will incur a charge of 95%. Rescheduling is considered a cancellation and will result in a $25 inconvenience fee. A card on file is required to book all appointments. At this time, deposits are not required. ⸻ Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will incur a $15 inconvenience fee and may result in a modified service based on remaining time. ⸻ Appointment Readiness Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and freshly cleansed lashes. A clean working area allows for a smooth, safe, and intentional appointment. For fill appointments, a minimum of 40% of lash extensions must remain. If retention falls below this, the service may be adjusted and charged closer to a full set. ⸻ Guests To maintain a calm and focused environment, no additional guests are permitted.
